First Indian Government have to remove Land restriction.  So Any one can buy land in Kashmir and Kashmir's can also buy land any where in India.

It will help to mix other culture and communities because then Kashmir will come in minority.  

If other religions like, Hindu Sikh and other religion will move to Kashmir, it will also help to cool down the present situation and brake down Muslim Majority in Kashmir.

I think Kashmir's will be happy to move out from there to have peaceful life.  Give them a little change.

Because it is Muslim State and Muslim Terrorists.  Just watch Jammu There is Hindu majority so there is no Kashmir issue and no terrorism .

What about Hindu terrorism by Sangh Parivar particularly V H P giving arms training even to girls aimed against Muslims in India to make the country a Hindu nation, the narrow aim of people of parochial thinkings. VHP is world's biggest terrorist oeganisation having more than 10,00,00,000 armed members. Its terrorist role has been substantiated beyond question from riots in 1986, 1989, 1991, 1992, 1993, 2002 & onwards till the recent one in Jammu, unstopped & not even a single member of that was put under NSA. Why ? Unless this whole organisation is fully destroyed there can be no peace anywhere on the earth. First this menace is removed from human society. The members of Sangh Parivar never follow principles of their own religion & always talk of death & destruction against all religious minorities in India & abroad. If any Indian Muslim dares to issue any statement like Dr. Pravin Togadia, he will be eliminated by so called security forces immediately. In India, Muslims are most coward people in Asia & they're so much frightened that they don't tell their name at public places if they're asked that they will be looked down upon, discriminated, sidelined & killed at last mercilessly. This is happening daily in India & one TV channel showed that there were over 57,000 communal anti-Muslim communal riots, all imposed on them one sidedly & never any culprit was punished b coz entire Indian establishment is communal & corrupt. No such communal riot takes place anywhere in India's neighbours worth the name. It is clear which community terrorises which ones & where. Most of eople in India are not of neutral thinking by nature as the education given to them is so & national media is highly biased , being in hands of so called high caste people,  entirely one sided, having not an iota of any standard at all. Complete drastic cleansing is needed in many directions, honestly. That's why even Hindu youngsters who are intellectuals are leaving India for no return in future at all as there is nothing left in that country, according to them, a big heap of garbage everywhere, having no huygenic condition for living for a good person. Only those who cannot afford to go out remain there, the country of dirtiest  & greedy beggars who have dogfight daily for half a rupee.

The Indian military needs to focus on it more than Kashmir. Terror cells in India is never talked about yet there are many. Anyone in India caught making bombs should get long sentences of hard-labor. They must do something to deter it.

In Gujarat, till some time back, Christians also wanted to indulge; but they are educators and educated; hence, they saw through the game plan of congress wallahs and restrained visibly and now they have even denied attempts to draw them into "reservation politics'.  All said, right from days of twins- religious growth, Bharath is a casualty.

Prohibit or bring under licence all explosive materials. Only licencees should carry such materials.

Make Natioinality Identity Card to all Indians compulsory and every one should carry the I.Card whenever they go out. This I. card should be issued only to those who can show or give proof that his/her grand-grand parents are/were Indians. If one cannot show this proof, issue them a different colour I. Card. So the checking police can easily identify them that there is some degree of doubt about this person.

Give power to all police officers  to check the Identity card so issued at any place at any time and Identity card is not shown keep  them as suspect. .

Restrict visit visa to India from suspected countries and make sure that all Visit visa persons are returned to theier home countries within the Visa period.

Politicians and those in Government office right from Village Office to the Cabinet Secretariat should be corruption free. They are issueing the wrong certificate to wrong people. With such certificate the terrorists are able to obtain Ration Card, Passport, Tel connection, etc. Politicians are helping them to include their names in Voters List and help to give them Election Identity Cards. In our border states, moste of the voters are non-indians, I heard. This is arranged and controlled by Politicians. Eventually they turn out to be the terrorists representing Harkattul Mujahiddin, etc.

Temple, Church, Mosque, Gurudwara etc should be subjected to surprise securiy checks by police officers to ensure that there is no any conspiracy taking place any firey speech being given to make people violent and enemity to other religion or country.

I can list out many many more points to stop terrorism. But there will be complaints and objections from different quarters. Govt will not implement them to keep their vote bank.  In India freedom is more important than security and protection of our country.   The result is what we are seeing today - Total Anarchism. Any body can do any thing In India. You cannot find such unrestricted freedom in other couintries. See for example - Bandh and Hartals. This is nothing but negation of freedom by few people on the majority of the pupulation. No political party is ready to come to terms to stop this menace.

So forget about it. All this is happening only due to our mistake.

The politician and those sitting in Govt offices are to be blamed for all these things.
