How can Kane talk now?

Question

When he was evil and wore a mask he had to use a device next to his neck to talk. Now he talks perfectly?

Just curious, I was watching old WWF Attitude Era videos and it made me remember that.

In storyline, it was X Pac who taught Kane how to talk when they were a tag team.

It is explained that at that time, Kane was having a massive mental scar in which he thought that he had been burnt during an event in his past where his house was burnt by The Undertaker.

In the end, Kane realized that the scars were just mental, and I believe this happened when he was finally unmasked. Thus, since he has realized that all those scars/injuries are just mental ones, now he could talk perfectly.

The reason why he wasn't able to talk is because his mental scars were so bad, so massive that it affects his physical well-being.
