Behavior, or attitude, is very hard to shape or change. However, you could use some of the organizational management methods. By altering perceptions, and enforcing them, should slowly inculcate good attitude and hence change employees attitude. That's why companies do team building, trainings and so on.

CIMB may have it's own culture and not all employees are able to fit into this culture. It is important to inculcate the culture to every employee so that their behavior fits the organization well.
