How can Mongolians get visa to enter Spain?

Mongolia is located in front of PRChina. We don't have Embaasy of Spain in Mongolia.

Probably the first step would be to e mail a Spanish embassy and ask them. If you don't speak Spanish then e mail the Spanish embassy in London cos they will certainly speak English there.

If your country doesn't have Spanish embassy, then you need to go to the nearest. Usually a bigger country which has embassy does support surrounding countries which doesn't have any.

I just check the foreign affairs ministry website, and in your case, mongolia, is controlled by China. It also says, that if you're a spaniard in Mongolia, you can contact the French Embassy for details as I guess has a deal with the Spanish system in your country. There's a honorary consulate in Spain, but seems not to be able to do much as per website, if you contact them, they may be able at least to put you on the right track.

Those addresses seem to be more focus for Spaniards to go to Mongolia while the one from China seems the more suitable for you.
