How can Obama implement all the changes and stay within the Constitution?

he can't! h**l all of his supporters are black (no offense!!!) thinking that they are supporting a black figure, in which he isn't. Look it up you will find some important facts. Honestly I don't want someone like him to be our president for the simple fact that he disrespected our country by not putting his hand over his heart when pledging to the flag. There's more to him!

Ha!  All he has to do is undo all the unconstitutional legal maneuvers the Bush Administration enacted with laws like the Patriot Act, the Detainee Treatment Act, the Torture Memos, FISA, Suspension of Habeas Corpus (Supreme Court already rebuked the Bush Administration on that one), restoring Executive Privilege to it's proper function -not justifying lawlessness and ignoring congressional subpoenas, restoring the right to vote to many disenfrachised citizens only guilty of V.W.B. (voting while black) -that refers to the Caging Lists scandal and the bogus criminal record vote challenge in Florida by Jeb Bush who was found culpable in court.  The list goes on.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg, our most liberal supreme court justice, has said she thinks justices SHOULD legislate from the bench.  They need to do what is "right," not what was intended or what is expected.

Obama did not hesitate to push legislation that violated the balanced budget statute of the state of Illinois.  Why would he worry about violating the Constitution of the United States of America?  HE knows what is "right," HE knows what is "needed," and if you don't agree, HE and his ultra-left partisan will bury you.

Have you read the constitution?  Nothing he wants to do contradict the constitution except gun control.  As far as I know he just want to keep guns out of the hands of felons.  Bush on the other hand crapped all over the constitution.

Yes there are some ideas that he is promising that don't seem likely but then there are others that are very realistic like gas Independence in 10 years, troops out of Iraq in less than 2 years. His intentions are good but you yourself just have to decide to yourself which ones are likely and unlikely....And i bet McCain is also doing a little bit of overegeseration with a few of his ideas. It's a little part of running in your campaign.  =P

NO president can make any major changes without the backing of congress. So all the changes he has stated are only empty promises. Everyone needs to realize a president can only do what others allow, they are not the sole deciding factor in the country.  It would be more worthwhile to look at his actual values than his promises to make change.

Meanwhile, Bush has undermined the Constitution so much that even conservative legal scholar Bruce Fein (assistant Attorney General under Reagan and now with a conservative think tank) has called for his impeachment.  Lucky for Bush he didn't get a BJ, that seems to be the only grounds for it.
