How can Pastor International Marketing, S.A. de C.V (PIMSA) stay in business???

They are website host and designers/copiers, not a Travel Agency. My families vacation was ruined by this bunch and I really don't think I will ever recommend them to anyone, ever. As a matter of fact, I will tell everyone that I know not to Set up a Wedding, Rent a Room, Car, Tour, Airport Transfer or anything from these Fakes ever. They took my familes vacation money and destroyed our vacation in Cancun. We didn't get anything promised and what we got was telephone hang-ups, and lies. If they were in Canada we would run them out of the country. The owner was trying to get fresh with my wife on the phone when she made the reservations.

Unfortunately you will always remember your holiday for the bad things that PIMSA have done to you, instead of all the good things that it should have been. There are so many people in Cancun working hard to try and make peoples holidays a wonderful experience that it's really sad to hear about this Company who have quite clearly ruined everything for you.

The only things that you can do really, are to write to the Cancun Hotel Association to advise them, and put out as much bad publicity as you can, hoping that other tourists planning to use their services are persuaded not too.

There are also plenty of Cancun Forums if you search on Google, and you can place items on these for free that will show up if somebody does a search for that Company. If they are using a different name to sell the holiday packages, then ensure that you put both names in any articles you write.

Sorry your holiday was ruined, and I hope that this would not stop you from returning to Cancun under better circumstances.

We rented a car from this PIMSA group and got the shaft as well. The car never came to the Airport. Our agent was some arrogant Spanglish speaking guy.These people do not have any idea how to take care of the North American Tourist, not because their English is bad and not because they are Mexican. We (my husband and I) figured that it was because they DON'T CARE!!!!!....My husband Albert wanted to go find their office when we were there. But, instead of wasting more of our vacation, we disputed the credit card charge and rented a car at the Hilton where we stayed for half the price. My son says that PIMSA means (((( Please - I -  Must -  s***w - Americans ))))
