There is a strip of land that adjoins both Pat Kenny and his neighbour's property...

Kenny has begun work on this plot of land, having got the title to the land by claiming squatter's rights.

  1. He has a d**n cheek to take advantage of his neighbour. You would think he has enough money himself without coveting his neighbours land. I hope he loses and the costs are set against him. Mean git.!

  2. I read about this! It seems that neither party actually owned/purchased the land at any time. If the land is neither his nor his neighbours wouldn't it be better if they divided its value between the neighbouring properties adjoined to the lands with a buy out clause option for each of them prior to its sale! A piece of cake if emotions cool down for them all!

  3. P.K. is doing himself no favours. Seems to me at any rate that the Kennys , in cultivating a come as they pleased  informality into the home of the neighbour.could have had a malign purpose in mind.

Why should anyone have covetous designs on what does not belong to them'

All deed information is kept in the land  registry office , together with site plans and record of relevant history of tenancy,

If you have a buckets of money , it seems to me that you will not want for legal representation ..this is worth watching...plenty of lolly for the taking!

  4. you,d think butter would,nt melt in his mouth.
