How can Restless Leg Syndrome be cured?

How can I cure my Restless Leg Syndrome? I also want it for my Father and my Grandfather.

Every restlessness inside me I resolved in the same way:

First, manifest myself chaotically to express the agitation inside and to attain a calm state of body and mind.

And then extend this state as much as I can.

Now, restlessness is universal, and this syndrome you are mentioning is just an extreme I guess.

A lot of energy that cannot express itself naturally. This is restlessness.

Chaotic manifestation is good because it permits that energy to burst out. Of course, the goal for that energy is to get out in a specific form. But if you express it anyhow, its better because u gain calmness and can change direction of manifestation in this way.

It must work in the case of the syndrome too, this is my belief:)
