he does have a wife right? if not then it's the same process they just use the surrogate's eggs or a donor woman's eggs.

He basically got another womans egg, and they used his sperm to fertilize it. he had a woman carry the babies in her but he never really had s*x. He used her as a "house" for the babies. He could have chose to have two babies, they just took two f his sperm and inserted them into the egg. The egg could've been from a donnor, a friend so on.
