First af all Russia has enough local chickens. Second, Russia turned down not all the US chicken producers but only those who did not follow the Russian requirements on the safety of the meat they provide (which turned to have high levels of chemicals).

Lol...those chicken are dangere,i think all meat from the USA is dangere,there genetic modefication and adds which can crash your health and helth of your kids in further,we censored "Bush legs" 10 years ago.

Right. USA can keep their "genetically modificated" chicken. It's grown up on hormones anyway. That's one of the reasons why the Yanks are so sick.

Mother Russia does have enough of free range - home grown chickens.

Chicken isn't a MAJOR part of Russians' diets.  It isn't as casual a meat in Russia as it is in the US.
