How can Yahoo 360 blog be so screwed up?

Question

I wrote a blog and was not posted. Even more, the blog doesn't show up at all. Not to say that before some entries appeared and some disappeared. And I have/had problems with feeds etc etc

Why Yahoo is so poor at technical domain? I know somebody who ended his 360 blog and I may consider that too.

It's called Yahoo 360 beta since 2005. It has never not been in a "testing" phase.  So, if you choose to use a beta product, there will be bugs/glitches. It has gotten progressively worse though. Plus, there is the added challenge of making several Yahoo services (some old and some new) work on the current platform — a project that did not work consistently.
