How can Zoloft and adivan be more effective??

hey am on Zoloft 200 mg one in the mourning and one at night and then 2mg of a adivan in the night it seems to be working only at night for a while idk any suggestions on how can this be twiked or more effective? is chewing it leads to more effectiveness ?? ecause i feel like they stopped working to its pottential somethimes or drinking it with gatorade help

you need to talk to your doctor because you are on a high dose of zoloft and he may need to change your med.  2 mg of ativan in the evening is a good doseage to help you sleep. do not start self medicating and adjusting, tell your concerns to the doctor, especially since ativan is addictive and the more zoloft you take the more severe the withdrawls will be once you are made to lower.
