  1. Do something you think is fun besides eating. I don't know why, but I always think about food. I hate it. One day, though, I was so focused on something else, I didn't want to eat, even when I thougt about it. That day I just wasn't hungry. I think I know why. Plan out a schedule that doesn't include a lot of time for you to eat. Make the schedule fun! Not boring. If you think you have a lot of things to do, you think less of food. Also, do fun activities that get you moving. Dancing is fun, sometimes.
