How can a 105 lb skinny girl get a 6 pack?

please give me the best/ easiest way to get a 6 pack, do i do sit-ups, crunches??? btw im in 8th grade.

Please no comments like why would a girl want a 6 pack!

  1. Crunches and obliques. Do them until your abs burn and you can't take it, and then keep going. Just do sets of 25 of each, and keep rotating.

    It takes some work. You need to work on your abs pretty much every other day.

    When you do crunches and obliques and you go into the up position, hold it for 1-2 full seconds before you go back down. Just slamming up and down doesn't give you as much benefit and it just wastes energy.


  2. I believe everyone has a 6 pack, but you need to have less than 3% body fat to see it.

    To enhance them, Pilate's,cardio, etc would work. Anything that strenghtens the core.

  5. the best thing i can think of is about 50-100 situps a night.. since your already in shape. by next week you should see SMALL results

  7. it might be a good idea to gain a few pounds and then work it all off and it might turn to muscle
