I already do chores for $60 per month.

I get raises of $5 per year.

I help babysit is one of my chores.

My mother does not like flea markets.

~ Make inexpensive jewelry and sell to your friends

~ Bake cookies or cupcakes and sell them

~ See if you can babysit kids outside of your family

~ Buy wrapped candy and gum in bulk and resell

~ Sell (if they're not being handed down) your old clothes at a yard sale

~ Walk your neighbors' dogs

~ Make up a flyer to pass around to people your Mom approves of letting them know you are available for hire to help with chores, run errands, walk dogs, etc.  Include your prices.
