What scares me about your question the most is the word "fast" because money doesn't necessarily come as fast as we'd like it. Thinking long term to next year may make you feel secure but $2,000 in a year for a 13 year old is a pretty high expectation. Sure you CAN do it but don't expect it to be easy. You are going to have to set goals if you intend to reach them. I would recommend a trip to your local library. There are a number of really good books that have been written for your age group. Take a look at a few of them to get different views. Your choices will be to sell products, provide services or a combination of the two. You will have to learn a little about a lot of things like marketing, getting legal paperwork, a little accounting, purchasing, and more. Don't be intimidated and don't be afraid to ask (parents/friends) for help. There have been many businesses started and operated by kids/teens so you CAN do what you set out to do if you put your mind to it. Now is a great time to read and learn as much as you can. People won't just throw money at you... you will have to work for it but you'll make more money working for yourself than you will working for someone else so NOW is the time to do what you have to do.
