actually, you have to be 16 to bag at grocery stores and 18 to waitress, but some places will hire people under 16 for things like sweeping..

well were do u live at if u lilve in texas well then u can apply at H-E-B and with a parents permission u can work there it pays really good and i am getting good pay too since ive been working there for about 1 year

Children in America are not allowed to start working until age 14, and even then the types of jobs and times they can work are very limited.  When you are 16, then you are allowed to try a wider range of jobs.  

Any job you get here as a teenager would not pay very much, not enough for you to support yourself.  You should consider a study abroad session if you want to come to America; you can live with an American family, go to school, and work a few hours after school and on the weekends.

14 year olds are not allowed to get a job.in some states,u can get abrief,after-school job(like 2 hours a day)at age 15 if ur parents sign permission,but cant work full time till over 16.

nothing. you can legally get a job, with parental consent, but you can't really do anything good at this age. You're basically limited to bagging groceries at a grocery store.

cant really you need to be 16 unless you know someone who owns there own bus. and is willing you give you a job...that what i did i have been working since i was 10 , but that is reallly hard to do here....if you get your parent to allow it you might beable to work at a little family owned place to, but nuthing to good with that much money making...sorry

depending where you live,try going into business for  yourself .try a pet walking business if that doesn't work try a fast food job this can be a great starting point.,,talk to your ,,,school counselor.,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Depends what State you go to. Normally, people won't give kids under 16 a job.
