How can a 14 years old gain weight or muscles?

Hey Im 14 Years old and iv'e been trieing to gain weight ever since i was 13 years old i weight 120 pounds right now and i want atleast 150 or atleast Muscles right now im just using this 10 Pound Dumbell Any Advise that can help me gain weight oya i have this protein thing called Whey Protein Complex that i drink sometimes

Any Ideas on how i can gain weight without having to buy alot of stuff

  1. listen you do not want to gain weight now the best thing for your age is to run and build stamina . running will be the best for you and as you get older then start to worry about muscle and weight . if you build stamina and are able to run for miles wow you will be ahead of the Majority then when older and work out with weights you will be a stud ,trust me stick to running now


  2. get a gym membership, or get into a boxing/wretling sort of gym and eat protein within 1/2 an hour every time you workout. take multi vitamins and remember you wont see results overnight, it takes time bud

  3. To gain muscle eat protein in whatever form, and you need to up the weight to get the best muscle gain. Smaller reps with greater weights- as much as you can do for weight but just a few reps at a time.

  4. man i am 14 5 foot 6 and 120 pounds i have alot of muscle dont worry serious but 10 pound dumbell wont really work

  5. el glutemain tablets and no xplode regular resistance training will get you muscles , along with a healthy diet

  6. WII FIT... do the muscle exercises they work..

    im 14 and am 5ft8 and weigh 145pounds of muscle and b4 i had the WII FIT i was 130pounds

    so i recomend it
