Question:

How can a 16 year guy old grow 2 inches?

im 16 year old guy and 5' "11". Is there any stretching exercises, food or any thing to make myself grow 2 inches. please help me out. thanks!

  1. At 16, you still can grow. Now growing taller is a genetic thing, and it's hard to make yourself taller, but since you still have time to grow- stretch, eat healthy and exercise and sleep. Get a good amount of sleep .I think you could still be anywhere between 6'0-6'3

  3. Your height is based on genetics. Nothing you do will increase your height. Just stay healthy and nature will do it's thing.

  7. You are only 16 give yourself some time. You might end up way over the 6' mark by the time you are 21. A boy I graduated with 41 years ago 5'5 when we graduated today he is 6'2. There are other friends this has happened to as well.

  12. There is this one thing i've been doing lately and so far i've grown about an inch in about 3 weeks. You run for as fast as you can for as long as u can then you take a break for about a minute. Repeat this for like half an hour or so. This will cause little micro fractures in leg bone. Then go home and strap ten pound weights or dumbells to each leg. Make sure u sit somewhere where u can dangle your legs without touching the floor. Then u sit there for about an hour or two or until your legs start to hurt. When sitting there your tiny micro fractures you made from running will be stretched out causing u to grow taller. It's sort of like the leg surgery thing but without all the pain and wasting money. When your done stretching the legs go right to bed. Make sure u don't stand up though cause your legs will be compressed again.

    I grew about a cm in the first week of doing this and am very happy with the results. I'm 17 and when i started i was about 5' 7.5 now i'm about 5' 8.5. Trust me it works. I also stretch everyday and drink lots of milk to.
