  1. without an adult its not possible, no minor can own property. You could get your mother/father to get property in their name until you turn 18, but until then theres not much you can do. sorry buddy!

  2. you need to be 18.  During the next 2 years . . . LEARN, LEARN, LEARN.  It's a hard business and knowing what you are doing is very important.

I recommend finding a local person that is successful in the type of investment you want to do and offer to "intern" for them free after school.   Learn everything.  No job is below you.

  3. YOU MUST BE 18 YRS OLD to work with LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS ....... period.

But, you can find a local realtor that may need an assistant PT to start learning the business.

  4. No.  You are a minor.

  5. read a lot. read and read and study.

most people in this country don't read.

take classes on real estate at your local community college, you don't need be 18 to take classes.

when you are 18 you will know a lot, then you can take what ever certification program you need to take.

  6. You can not sign any legal document as a minor, therefore you cannot buy real estate. Sorry. Save your money and wait a couple of years. The market will be better for buyers anyway.
