I am caring for my disabled granddaughter, while her mother works. Her father abandoned my daughter and granddaughter about five years ago and has not given them one penny of support. They live with me and I am trying to help. I have worked for many years, however, I cannot work outside of the home while caring for my disabled granddaughter. I do not want to pay any fees.
