How can a 9th grade boy get a 6 pack ?

i want one for myself, not for anyone but me, so dont put me down:P

please give me tips, instructions ect...

how many crunches a day, sit-ups a day.

and when will i see great inprovements?

  1. just up the protein you eat, do the workouts every day, basically anything that works the chest. push ups, sit ups, pullups. doesnt matter how many, just do as much as you can. lose that body fat too. should do the trick.


  2. Depending how old you are, anything prior to 15-16 years old may stunt your growth.

    I myself am 20 and working on my six pack. You have to follow a plan and stick with it because it can take 6 months to a year for a full fledged six pack. 5 healthy small meals a day and starting with 10 crunches or whatever adding 10 everyday. You also have to eat 1/2 more calories than you would normally intake (say normal is: 1600 1600/2=800, 1600+800=2400. Work out at least 10 minutes a day, morning and evening and also making sure you eat something small, healthy, and gives you energy before you work out and then eat something healthy and protein filled with some veges after your work out and drink a lot of water. You have to burn a lot of the fat. Also make sure you get enough rest.

  3. one of my gym teachers once told us you could get a six pack by doing 300 crunches a day
