  1. One person needs to get a job there from a company willing to sponsor them for a visa, the rest of the family can have derivative visas. To be employed there the company must first prove that they can't find an American able and willing to do the job. As this country is moving into recession it's getting harder.

  2. They get their papers done, and become accepted, perhaps sponsored by friends, or just the government.

  3. Get offered a job out there, spend about 6 hours in the American Embassy in London to get a five year visa, then go!

  4. We have no immigration laws in America just come over.

  5. I think you could go out there for 6 months, and if you obtained work you may be allowed to stay.

  6. quite easy actually.

My uncle was offered a job in north carolina and they got the documents sorted and him,my aunt, and cousins were gone within 3 months.

  7. Go there on a trip for 2 weeks and get shaggin..............then hope for the best lololol if ur English learn from Europe, the same rules apply to u!

  8. Basically, get a job here.

After that, it's all just administrative work - Tedious, but not difficult.

One thing I've noticed, working with a LOT of Brits - People will generally think your accent is wonderful, and you can break the ice at almost any venue just by letting it be heard.  Yeah, you will occasionally run across bigots and jerks, but far and away, you'll be accepted and shown hospitality. So come on over!
