How can a Filipina like me avail a scholarship in Europe for graduate studies specifically medicine?

I am a young Filipina aspiring to pursue medicine in Europe. I don't have any idea of a university in Europe where I could best study medicine and eventually proceed to psychiatry which I am so passionate about. So I'm looking for a scholarship and a university in Europe. My heart so desires it 'coz I would be able to help a lot of people. Glory to God! Thank you very much!!!
