How can a Indian electronic engineer students get 50000rs immediately to finish college?

My boyfriend lives in India and he's in college to become an electronic engineer and he's suppose to graduate in December. Someone stolen his Rs50000 while he was on a rushy bus. He needed to deposit that money for school. The money is from his parents. They pay for him for college. They have no money now. He needs to pay the fees in less than 20 days otherwise he's classes will get cancel. He said if he got a job, he wouldn't get Rs50000 in less than 20 days. He's friends won't give him money. I live in United States so i can't him much. Every idea I gave him he says it won't work. How can he get Rs50000 in 20 days he can finish college?

Please give me Ideas for him AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

How much is 50000rs in US Dollars, that would help.

Does he have a visa to Work, cause of he only has a student visa he cannot work in US legally.

If an Indian electronics Engineer does not know know anything about checking accounts, ABMs - living in India  - does not know not to walk around with 50,000 cash - then who else would. It's all just a hoax - forget about him and get on with life. Let him sort out his own problems. Don't try to be a saviour. There are many like him. These e-mail solutions are becoming a way of life for many of the opportunists in India. Beware !!!
