  1. You need a custom made charger specifically for that battery. Lithium Ion technology is quite frankly dangerous and will catch fire if mistreated. So there are temperature sensors and all sorts of protection circuits in the phone to prevent mishaps.

    The easiest way is to get another phone and put it in that to charge.
