The Slidell Art League sends out numerous invitations to events, shows, and exhibits. We like to feature a different professional group at each event. How can we send out email to these groups without getting error messages that we've sent out too much email? And what is the alloted number of emails that an account can send out? Thank you!

  1. through private "donations" you cant do anything without money so some of the "over head" has to be budgeted so that it is covered. Trough some donation money publicly and privately.

  2. You should check out http://www.Evite.com ~ its great for sending out mass invites as well as keeping all the responses organized for you!

I don't even think there is a limit as to how many you can send out! I have never encountered one, and the most I have ever sent at once is around 250.

  3. You will have to use a bulk mailing service that charges based on the amount of mail.

  4. hi timmy

  5. there's a website that's called e-vite.com or evite.com.....anyway, i think its free and you can get rsvp's immediately from people too and it counts how many people are coming, if they're bringing a guest, the whole 9 yards.  plus they're really colorful and decorative so they won't be boring.

    good luck!

    - hey you wouldn't be in scottsdale, az would you?
