  1. The building can be demolished by explosions, and using the core to determine the building center of gravity where the explosions start from there , and empty the core to allow the sides to fall inwards, hope this explains your concerns


  2. Why, only if it was demolished with timed explosions set around the core frame. Some how i find this is a 9/11 reference, and how they fell at free fall speeds.
