It is widely considered healthy to eat 3 times a day.  But if you do there is no guarantee that you will not get obese.  The starving man thinks about food just as much as the glutton.  Best to be neither.

s*x is not much different.   A healthy s*x life is not difficult to achieve in a loving committed relationship.  It is the loving committed relationship that seems to present the most difficulty fro people.  But a HEALTHY s*x life, has become increasing difficult in the age of AIDS and all manner of STDs, without love and commitment.

My experience tells me that sacrifice and humility are essential requirements for both parties to maintain a trusting realtionship and thereby a healthy s*x life.

If your only concern is for physical health, you needn't fret.   Sperm is reabsorbed into the body.

There is nothing wrong with lusting after your own spouse, that is why God created each s*x the way He did. He created men to be sexually attracted to women and vice verse. He created s*x to be pleasurable and intended it to be between 1 man and 1 woman for life. The problems arise- no pun intended- when we step outside of God's Word and His will. By the way, it is possible to live a full and productive life without ever having had s*x. s*x is not essential for life. However, as Paul said, not everyone is called to this kind of life.
