On my speeding ticket it says the officer's speed measurement device was pace. How can this hold up? Can I easily contest it?

 1.
got pulled over for speeding in az. officer cited me for going 80+ in a 45. He also said that he had marked it civil instead of criminal. He did not use a radar because it is not marked. He did not pace me either. He was going East bound and I was going West bound and said I was racing. Can I fight this or just pay it?
