So lately, my mood has gone a little downhill.....I dunno why but I know I really miss my parents--they're away on vacation.
Anyway, what are some good things I could do myself, that would lift my mood? Please give constructive answers!!
First of all:
-I know I really, really need to get a life.
-I don't want to bother my friends while I'm feeling down (I prefer not to operate that way). I try my best to avoid company when I'm moody.
-I know I sound a bit pathetic, but I'm trying to break out of this.
So, does anyone have any ideas?? They would be most greatly appreciated.
