How can a female post player lose weight???

Im almost 200 pounds at 5,11 i run and work out almost every day. And i dont eat alot but i jus cant seem to drop weight the way i want to. Its really frustrating to be able to train and run and eat pretty light, and not see any results. But i dont really eat breakfast . Alot of what i have is muscle and i think im still growing at 14. And im alright at speed but i just want to drop weight. And not have it hurt my performance on or of the court

  1. by being a post player your supposed to be a little more "bulky" not fat, and you don't sound fat at all, but by weight lifting and doing things like that you "bulk" up... and muscle ways more then fat. Something you should try is eating a lot of small meals thoughout the day, and avoid carbs and sugars as much as you can, fruit veggies and protein will help burn calories just by eating them. Also try doing like yoga or pilaties these are really good at stretching and toneing your muscles rather then making them bulky... also running is very good for losing weight, try varying your speed and incline a lot though your workout. all in all don't worry about it, your only 14 and a lot of stuff you will grow out of. Just watch what you eat, and vary your workouts. Oh and if you do lift weight try using lighter weights and doing more reps. rather then lifting as much as you can 5 times.
