How can a female weightlifter lift twice her own body weight over her head? Is it pure natural strength?

I can just lift my own body weight. Is it technique. Or years of training?

  2. It's skill and training.  

  3. Any expert will tell you that weightlifting is 20% strength and 80% technique. Power lifting (Bench, Squat, Dead lift) is 80% strength and 20% technique. Hope this clarifies things.
