How can a girl under 16 get money?

Can you tell me how i can make fast easy money? I have ten points i want to give away but it has to be good idea. and no chores thing. my mother wont give me money for that. but any ideas are good! Im having a party and need ideas for making money and party ideas? the party is a dog party that my mom is throwing but she wants me to plan.

Buddy Bands or Love Cuffs. Buddy bands are sweet headbands you can buy and give to friends to show them you are good friends. Love cuffs are like 2 friendship bracelets connected together. You wear one, your boyfriend/girlfriend wear the other one and you guys are connected at the wrist. It shows the rest of the school you guys mean business!
