How can a guy boot you from a table in the middle of the game because he is loosing?

The reason he can boot you from a table in the middle of the game because he is losing is because the game was not rated. In other words, it was a free game, and the outcome of it, either a win or a loss for you, does not affect your rating score. My suggestion is next time you play a game, make sure it is rated by either opening your own table and setting it that way, or by looking at the left menu bar in game before you begin to see if he has rated the game or not

You didn't mention what game you're playing but if it's chess, I don't recommend playing chess here on Yahoo!  You should play chess on a chess server.
