I am a 6'1" 165 lb. pitcher in high school. I am a rising junior and am slotted to be our school's number one starter next year. I throw 82-83 consistently with a great change and decent curve. However, I'm about as flexible as a lead pipe. Are there any specific stretches for pitchers that can help me out?

  1. work with core exercises such as sit ups on a paloties ball(big blue ball) it will also add a few mph to the fast ball

  2. http://theprospect09.googlepages.com

    go to flexibility

  3. No, God Go To A Gym

  4. Stretch. Before and after you work out. Felxibilty is most important in the legs, the higher you kick them, then more velocity you'll have on a fastball...
