Many decades ago Disney did a show about the weather and most of it focused on stopping a hurricane, actually making it weaken and changing its course to go back to sea and avoid any land, too bad the model was never implemented but I do remember it had something to do with seeding the storm and causing it to lose strength while still out at sea.

Strangely immediately after that, control of the Japanese banks was signed over the USA control.

Look on youtube for the strange clouds in the sky in China just before their earthquake. - or google Harrp clouds.

Other major countries have them too.

They could be used to stop storms in their tracks - but they actually want to reduce polulations by "natural disasters" - and this is their intent. Look to see how victims of disasters are treated by the US. - with guns!

Clearly Ms E does not know anymore than you do, so she does not need to be name calling anyone, but really there is no way to stop a hurrican, wish there was but there is not. Its part of life.
