Question:

How can a lose a little weight?

im 14 years old .. i play lacrosse and baseball but when its not sports season i get really lazy .. im willin to do anythin to lose just a couple pounds .. any ideas?

  1. your 14? i'm 13! lol! i don't know why i'm answering this right now. i'm still working on how I'M going to do it. i've been living off of salad for the past 2 months and haven't lost a pound! but i guess what you should do is start playing and practicing lacrosse and baseball again even if it's not the sport's season! you'll get healthier with all the physical stuff and be a better player for the sport when the season DOES come! gosh..i should really be taking my own advice..lol! good luck!


  2. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

Well if you can't go outside and skateboard or bike, and you insist on staying indoors playing video games or watching tv.  Just cut back on the amount of food you eat.  Cut your calorie intake to 1800-2000 calories a day.  If you could reduce your calorie intake more, just don't go below 1600.
