I need to buy/make about 6 or 7 frames. Time is not issue here but I would prefer to not buy them online. BUT if that's my only option for cheap frames then I will. The frames would be all different sizes. So if you can help I would really appreciate it.

  1. Go to your local craft store, Michales...JoAnns ect...

They have tons of frames and you can find them for some rally good deals.  And if they need some jazzing up then feel free to get some supplies while you are at the store.  I am a craft JUNKIE...so  know.  Look for all the sales at the places and you can find some really cool stuff.

  2. if you go to your local do it yourself store, you can buy lengths of decrotive picture rail wood. dont know where your from , but in the u.k we have a d.i.y store called B & Q, which selld these quite cheaply in long lengths and has about 20 different styles.

  3. This may sound silly, but Walmart sells some very inexpensive frames. Some of them are wood (and don't look as cheap as they are), while others are plain and could be decorated to your liking.

If you  decide you want to decorate them yourself, just hop over to the craft section of the store, or any other crafts store near you, and you can find all sorts of things to use. You might even be able to find cheap frames in a craft store as well.

  4. The cheapest way to MAKE these frames, would be to buy the molding at a Lumber Yard and cut them to size on an electric mitre saw. Lots of home owners have these saws, maybe you can borrow one.It is easy work.

The cheapest way to BUY these frames, would be to go to A.C. Moore or Michaels and buy the frame parts already sized and mitred. You might be able to get them cheaper at places like Big Lots. 8/17

  5. I love to buy frames and I NEVER pay full retail price for them.  I shop at discount stores like TJ MAXX, Marshalls, ROSS, and Kirklands. Also love to find frames at antique and flea malls.  They are really inexpensive and you can paint them to match any decor, plus they have so much character that they look fantastic grouped together.  Good Luck and have fun with your project!

  6. try www.myframestore.com I never liked buying stuff online, however this site let's you see how your pictures (upload them) will look in the picture frame. They have great prices and customer service.
