How can a male become a server or waiter ?

They can make heaps of money for very short shifts.

How can I get that job as a male ?

I want to supplement my income.

This is a bizarre question.  There are many male servers.  Have you not seem them?  

It works the same for men as for women in terms of restaurant server jobs.  Start out in a diner and work your way up.  You'll only make good money if you are good, and it is not an easy job, trust me.

do a Hospitality course or get a catering job at a restaurant or become a bartender at hot tourists spots where you will get really good income.

How can you, a male, become a server? Walk into a restaurant and apply. Sure, there are certain restaurants that hire females only, but a majority of restaurants hire anyone who fits their companies personality. All that you need is a decent memory and a good attitude. Your best bet to become a server right away is to find a restaurant that is not a chain and apply there. Most of your chains require you to start as a host/bus boy and move up, no matter your experience level.

I do have to warn you though, the job market is tight right now. I don't know what state you live in, but here in California there are not a lot of jobs available. Just keep applying and you will find something.

As for the income, the biggest factor is the type of restaurant you apply to. The nicer the restaurant, the better the tips.
