  1. There is a set of procedures called (Disaster Recovery Plan) its vital for every business to have it.

    Depending on the size and nature of the business the Disaster Recovery Plan may vary.

    sample of the things to include in the DRP are

    - Alternative site (if the current site is not suitable for work)

    - Off site regular Backup (data bases, clients details, Employees detail etc)

    - Insurance policy. etc
