How can a moderator invite people to join a group (mod is not the owner of the group)?

i set my aunt as the moderator of our yahoo group. she emailed me and asked why she cannot invite people to join. as the owner, am i the only one who can invite people?

your question to this is..unless you had added where she can invite other she can..it is in her setting when you added her as a mod..you need to tell her and copy all her setting in a e-mail to show her ..the levels you had set her up as
