If you e-mail some one, how and why should a moderator of a group have the right to see personal conversation between member privatly e-mailing each other outside the group

  2. I believe they CAN with special software / hardware they can "sniff" it out. Search the internet there are programs that allow you to send messages that even your ISP can't read and use encryption!  It is no ones business what you do on the net.  This is still called a free country (YEAH RIGHT)!   At least the encryption should stop the moderators - it will NOT stop this illegal corrupt sick evil govt!  They use all sorts of "illegal stuff" - but the rest of us are not as lucky to be above the law!!  Sorry about ranting but when you realize the Bill of Rights is not worth used toilet paper - maybe you will understand my anger!  VOTE LIBERTARIAN!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. In Yahoo groups? Moderators can't see what an e-mail between members contains unless said e-mail is posted on the board....i.e. the person e-mailing forgets to use the drop down menu to e-mail the other party.
