Looking for financial flip suggestions. Real suggestions. Don't write stupid, illegal, or impossible ideas. If you gad $200.00 but you needed $600.00 what would you do to flip it?

  1. It would be helpful to know more about your situation, but I will offer a few suggestions, based on personal experience:

    1)  If you are a student, buy $200 worth of candy bars (Hershey's chocolate, Reese's PB Cups, and Plain/Peanut M&Ms work best) and sell them for $1-$2 each at school.  Generally, you should be able to sell them for up to double your cost.

    2)  Buy window washing equipment (concentrated cleaning solution, a bucket, squeegie, long handle, and cloth towles) and go business-to-business in strip malls offering to wash their windows.  I used to charge $5 per large pane on the outside, and $8 per large pane for in/out service, if they clear-out any items blocking the windows.  Don't bother with windows that have ad paint, unless they want you to remove the paint.  Charge double for that.

    3)  Surf yard sales and swap meets in your area, and sell the items on E-Bay.  You would be surprised on what items are really popular.  You can search E-Bay to find low-cost items that are fast movers.  Try to find items that cost you less than $5.  Set your starting price at $1 over your cost for each item.  The more items you post, the better your chance to increase your cash.

I hope this helps!  Good luck.

PS  I have successfully tried all three of these methods for extra cash.
