How can a person make money if they have no job and are unable to find a job right away?

I have a friend who is very stressed because his rent is due the first of the month which is $650. problem is he just got laid off from his job a couple weeks ago and now he is trying to find another job but has had no luck yet. do you have any suggestions on how my friend could possibly get cash or do some type of work or service to get his rent money in time. appreciate the help. thank you.

sell gold, it is high right now

sell unwanted items on ebay

search hard for a job even take the ones that pay low or that you

would not usually take

sperm bank

give blood

labor ready job agency they pay daily

beg at a church

talk to landlord, get extension...

w/e he does dnt let him sell drugs. but n e local publix can get u a job but if dat doesnt work go around ur community washin cars, mowin grass, u no jus ask ur neighbors if dey want n e thing done.

I was also going to suggest that he sell junk. It is amazing how much you can get for your "stuff" that some people will think they can't live without! Ebay is not my cup of tea, but evidently lots of people even make a living on it. I wish him luck

Go to craigslist.org and look for a promo job. They are located in the marketing/pr/advertising section. You rarely have to go for an interview and most of them pay cash. The jobs are usually on the weekend for a few hours. The last one i did was simple, stand on the corner and handout Gillette razors. Its good fast cash for easy work.

He can do a clinical study like for a covance clinic or something. Usually these tests are very harmless and you can make up to $5,000 or more depending on your area and where you live. I've heard of them being for $3,500 usually.

No games to be played when rent is due! scary stuff!

Has he tried looking for a temporary job at a local fast food restaurant or anything? it might not be that much money but it IS money.

He could sell some of thing things..I think there might be some laces where he ca borrow money and give it back when he has it.

He should be doing his research.

this is why you save money, to carry you during rough times. the only thing to do is to move back home. keep looking for work.
