How can a person move to another country?

What exactly is the process? Lets say I wanted to move from the USA to Austrailia, what would I have to do?

Really depends on what country you are trying to move too. Austrailia has a pretty nice immigration policy and is fairly easy to migrate too.

unlike what pro gri says immigration to Australia is very difficult

if you wanted to  move to Australia you will have to qualify

you need to be a skilled worker in an occupation Australia needs and pass a points test  then wait about a year to see if a visa is granted
