How can a person not know who they are?

I don't know. I mean, how can one person hear voices in their head?

It's...a somewhat odd situation.  Most cases where they mean it is well, Amnesia.

But some people after a devastating moment, will feel like this isn't happening, a piece of them died, like they're not themselves.

And the last reason is a somewhat personality issue.  ou know, those day you kinda feel like a completely different person.  Only in the case where they don't know who they are, it's much severe and lasts longer.

But yeah it's kind of hard to imagine when it never happened to you personally.

I believe what matters to a person defines who they are. A persons values can shape and influence their actions. Also Including reactions can be effected by what is important to the individual.

For a person to have healthy change in there life they must change what matters to them.

So when doing soul searching or asking yourself why you do things. Try and find out what is important to you. What are your values.
