How can a person obtain a Passport of a Citizen of the World?

Here is the website...but the passport is worthless.  just a waste of mone. Costs between $45 and $100.00 depending on how many years you want on it.  no country oar airline is going to let you use it...no matter what that website says.

no such thing as a passport for it. Howver if you could get a european one somehow and then maybe marry and American.......
