  1. How old are you? If one of your parents are Permanent Residents or Citizens,they can file a I-130 for you.I have a feeling they aren't so the only way would be to Marry a U.S citizen but thats illegal and punishable by Law.There is no other way for you to become a Legal Resident unless they declare an Amnesty.Depending on how long you've been living here,you may be eligible if they do give one.
