How can a teacher increase their pay?

What are ways teachers can increase their pay? I found a few like maybe teaching summer school, have a masters degree, but what other factors come into play? If you teach more subjects do you get a higher pay? Any answers given will be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, the only way to make more money is to get more education. Get your master's, then EdS. then your doctorate. I currently have 10 years teaching experience and a master's degree. I make $51K. If I had my EdS., I'd be earning $58K. (I'm starting that in October.)
